By accessing or using the BillnBooks website, software, applications, features or related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Company: “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Gooask Digital Private Limited, the owner and operator of BillnBooks.
BillnBooks / Platform: Refers to the cloud-based accounting, billing, GST compliance and business financial management platform provided through BillnBooks and related applications or services.
User: “User”, “you” or “your” means any individual, business, professional, organization or other entity that accesses or uses BillnBooks.
BillnBooks provides digital tools designed to simplify accounting and financial operations for businesses. Depending on your selected plan and available features, the Platform may provide online accounting and bookkeeping, GST invoicing and return preparation, E-Way Bill generation, inventory management, financial reporting, business analytics, data processing and storage, and integrations with government or third-party services.
We continuously work to improve the Platform and may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary.
Certain features require you to create and maintain a BillnBooks account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access or any security concern relating to your account, you should contact BillnBooks support promptly.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to reasonably protect their login credentials.
BillnBooks may provide free, trial and paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits and services may vary depending on the selected plan.
Where applicable, subscription fees must be paid according to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where otherwise stated in our applicable refund policy or required by law.
We may revise subscription plans or pricing from time to time. Where appropriate, users will be informed of material changes before they apply to subsequent billing periods.
Failure to make a required payment may result in restriction, suspension or termination of paid services.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of information entered, uploaded or processed through BillnBooks.
You remain responsible for your accounting records, tax filings, statutory obligations and financial decisions.
BillnBooks provides technology and software tools to assist businesses and should not be considered a substitute for professional accounting, taxation, legal or financial advice.
Users are encouraged to maintain appropriate copies or exports of important business records.
BillnBooks may integrate with government and regulatory systems, including GSTN, E-Way Bill services and other authorized portals or APIs.
Availability and performance of such integrations may depend on third-party or government infrastructure outside our control.
Temporary outages, maintenance, regulatory changes or technical issues affecting these external systems may impact certain BillnBooks features. Users remain responsible for meeting applicable statutory and tax compliance requirements.
The BillnBooks Platform, including its software, source code, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, trademarks, documentation and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Gooask Digital Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially replicate any protected part of the Platform.
Users must use BillnBooks lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with Platform security or performance, misuse system resources, infringe intellectual property rights, or knowingly violate applicable taxation or financial regulations.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Platform is being misused or its security is at risk.
We value the privacy and security of our users and implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through BillnBooks.
However, no online service, network or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

BillnBooks may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including payment gateways, email providers, SMS providers, government APIs and other technology partners.
Such services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BillnBooks cannot guarantee the availability or performance of services operated independently by third parties.
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously improving service. However, uninterrupted or completely error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Platform may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, technical issues, government API outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will work to restore affected services as quickly as reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gooask Digital Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, BillnBooks.
This may include losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by users, third-party service interruptions, government portal downtime, loss of business opportunities, statutory penalties arising from user actions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, created security risks, misused the Platform or failed to meet applicable payment obligations.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Following subscription expiry or account termination, access to certain information or Platform features may become restricted.
Data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our internal retention practices, legal obligations and Privacy Policy before being securely deleted or anonymized where applicable.
Users should export important records before closing an account or allowing a subscription to expire.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to BillnBooks, applicable laws, regulatory requirements or business practices.
The latest version will be made available through the BillnBooks Platform. Where required, we may also provide notice of material changes.
Continued use of BillnBooks after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute relating to the use of BillnBooks or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
